WHERE’S STAX STUDIOS LOCATED IN LAS VEGAS?
Stax Studios sits at 501 S 10th Street, Las Vegas, NV 89101 — Fremont-adjacent, deep in the energy of Downtown Las Vegas. You’re steps from the Fremont Street Experience, Las Vegas Arts District, Las Vegas North Premium Outlets, and Las Vegas Strip. You are so close to everything that makes this corner of the city tick.

WHAT ARE THE OFFICE HOURS AND HOW DO I GET IN TOUCH WITH THE LEASING TEAM?

IS STAX STUDIOS PET FRIENDLY?
Absolutely — Stax is a pet-friendly community where cats and dogs are welcome. There’s even an onsite dog park so your pup has a dedicated spot to roam. Restricted breeds and weight limits may apply, and pet fees are in effect — speak with the leasing team for the specifics before applying.

WHAT’S THE PARKING SITUATION AT STAX STUDIOS?
Reserved parking is available — which is genuinely rare for a Downtown Las Vegas address. Additional monthly fees apply for parking; contact the leasing team for current availability and details. It’s one less thing to stress about when you’re living in the urban core.

DOES STAX STUDIOS HAVE WI-FI OR SMART HOME FEATURES?
Each unit at Stax comes with a personal modem, so your internet is your own — no sharing, no throttling. Wi-Fi service is a mandatory monthly amenity fee; the leasing team can walk you through what’s included and what’s billed separately.

WHAT LEASE TERM OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE AT STAX STUDIOS?
Stax Studios offers standard lease terms as well as short-term lease options for those who need more flexibility. Short-term leases carry an additional premium — reach out to the leasing team or visit the Home Page for current availability and terms.

HOW DO I APPLY FOR AN APARTMENT AT STAX STUDIOS?
Applying is fast and fully online. Hit the Apply Now link, complete the application through the AppFolio portal, and the leasing team will be in touch. You can also call or email ahead if you have questions before you apply. In-person applications can be completed, by appointment only. We are flexible and want to make things easy for you.

WHAT’S THERE TO DO NEAR STAX STUDIOS IN DOWNTOWN LAS VEGAS?
The neighborhood is your backyard. The Fremont Street Experience is practically at your door, and Downtown Container Park is just blocks away for outdoor dining, shopping, and events. Culture-seekers will love the Neon Museum and The Mob Museum. For some greenspace and a breath of fresh air, Las Vegas Springs Preserve is an easy drive.

WHERE DO STAX RESIDENTS GO FOR DINING?
Downtown Las Vegas has leveled up its food scene hard. Right in the neighborhood you’ve got Esther’s Kitchen for elevated Italian, Le Thai for some of the best Thai in the city, Pizza Rock for wood-fired pies, Main St. Provisions for a neighborhood bar-and-kitchen vibe, and 7th & Carson for a proper craft cocktail. HOW DO I GET AROUND FROM STAX STUDIOS — FREEWAYS, PUBLIC TRANSIT, AND THE AIRPORT?
Stax Studios has easy access to Interstate 15, Interstate 515/U.S. 95, and Las Vegas Boulevard, putting virtually every corner of the valley within reach. RTC of Southern Nevada bus routes run through Downtown, making car-free commuting workable. Harry Reid International Airport is roughly 10 to 15 minutes away depending on traffic — a huge plus for frequent flyers.

ARE THERE HOSPITALS OR MAJOR EMPLOYERS CLOSE TO STAX STUDIOS?
University Medical Center of Southern Nevada is the closest major hospital, located just west of Downtown. The broader Las Vegas employment hub — including the resort corridor, government, and healthcare sectors — is all accessible via the freeway network that surrounds the neighborhood.

ARE ANY COLLEGES OR UNIVERSITIES NEAR STAX STUDIOS?
College of Southern Nevada has a campus nearby, and UNLV is a short drive southeast. The Downtown campus of CSN in particular is very close to the 501 S 10th address, making Stax a practical choice for anyone enrolled there.

CAN I PAY RENT AND SUBMIT MAINTENANCE REQUESTS ONLINE?
Yes — current residents have access to the Resident Portal through AppFolio, where you can pay rent, submit maintenance requests, and manage your account entirely online.

HOW DO I SCHEDULE A TOUR OF STAX STUDIOS?
